Earlisha Blackmon Dinkins has worked in asset building at Heartland Alliance for more than 5 years and is currently the Contract Outcomes Analyst with the Family Self-Sufficiency program.
Prior to this, she served in public benefits as a Medicaid eligibility specialist with the Alabama Department of Health and with the Chicago Public Schools as a Children & Family Benefits Liaison.
She holds two degrees: a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Stillman College, and a Bachelor of Science in General Health Studies from the University of Alabama.
