As Senior Manager of Partner Engagement at United Way of Metro Chicago, Caitlin Closser manages all aspects of the organization’s volunteer work, as well as other engagement opportunities. This includes matching corporate partners with meaningful volunteer opportunities, organizing tours in communities of focus, and creating other programming fit to United Way’s unique niche. All work is done with the mission of helping people to meet and serve their neighbors.
Caitlin started as a temp at United Way of Metro Chicago and has since moved through multiple roles to lead a team and body of work. Prior to joining United Way, Caitlin worked in advertising, educational publishing, and education. She also served a term as an AmeriCorps member in her hometown of Dayton, where she first developed a passion for service. Caitlin now resides in the Logan Square community with her partner and their dog.
