Volunteers are at the heart of Travelers Aid, located here and across the country in airports, bus terminals and train stations. Last year, more than 2,000 Travelers Aid volunteers assisted more than 10 million people at our 23 transportation centers.

With a warm welcome, volunteers help passengers navigate the airport by providing flight and lodging information and  ground transportation options. We also provide a range of tourism information for those visiting Hartford and New England. After being trained by our professional staff, volunteers are equipped with the necessary resources to give accurate and helpful information, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
