The Barrington Scholarship Program financially assists partner agencies in sending a representative to the TAI Annual Conference. Scholarships are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and allow a maximum of two scholarships per partner agency.
The DoubleTree by Hilton Ontario Airport is adjacent to the convention center and provides free airport shuttles—just five minutes! Expect a warm cookie, enjoy the heated outdoor pool, 24-hour access to the fitness center and more!

How much does it cost to attend TAI 2024?
Registration fees for TAI 2024 are as follows:
Members = $400.00.
Non-Members = $500.00.
Why should I attend TAI 2024?

Do you offer discounted hotel rates for TAI 2024 attendees?
Yes! We are pleased to partner with Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Ontario Airport to provide attendees with discounted hotel room rates. The Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Ontario Airport is adjacent to the Convention Center at 222 N Vineyard Ave, Ontario, CA 91764, and just 35 miles east of Los Angeles. There are a limited number of rooms and they will sell out quickly, so please book as soon as possible. You can book your hotel room here.
What kind of session topics can I expect?
With a focus on current and emerging traveler assistance solutions and social service needs, you’ll walk away with proven strategies from industry experts and connect with other changemakers through unique, interactive learning experiences.
Topics will include: capacity building, fundraising, creating healthy workplace cultures, storytelling, airport services, stranded passenger solutions, volunteer recognition and appreciation, government contracting and matching, mobilizing resources, and more!
Do you provide any financial resources to assist in the cost of attendance?

What if I have dietary restrictions?
There is an opportunity to indicate special dietary restrictions during the on-site registration and check-in.
Is parking available at the hotel?
Yes! Overnight parking is available for $17 + taxes per night, per vehicle.
