Airport Lost and Found
The Airport’s Lost and Found, located in the Communication Center, is for items found in the terminals, restrooms, and concessions. Communication Center can be accessed on the Departures Roadway between Terminals C and D and is open 8:00 a.m. – Midnight and can be reached at 215-937-6888, or email lostandfound@phl.org
Passengers also may contact several sources for assistance in recovering lost items:
· For lost suitcases and items left on aircraft, contact your airline’s baggage claim office.
· If you left an item at a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) checkpoint, contact the TSA’s Lost and Found at the Airport by email at PHLlostandfound@tsa.dhs.gov. The hours of operation are Sunday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
· Check with the transportation company for items left in taxis, buses, vans, rental cars, and other public vehicles.

Where does my private vehicle pick up?
Sedan, limousine, and van services can be accessed at Zone 6 on the Commercial Transportation Roadway.

Where do I get my rental car?
Several car rental facilities are conveniently located at Philadelphia International Airport. Rental agencies provide frequent free shuttles between all bag claims and their rental car facility. All rental car shuttles pick-up from Zone 2 on Arrivals Road.
Where do I get my Uber/Lyft (rideshare pick up)?
If you plan to use Uber, Lyft, or another app-based ride service after landing at PHL, proceed through Baggage Claim and follow the Ground Transportation signs for Ride App/Zone 7.
Ride App pick-up zones are located on the S. Commercial Road outside of each Baggage Claim. Exit through the doors onto the S. Commercial Rd. and continue to follow signs for Ride App/Zone 7.
Where do I get a taxi?
Taxicabs are readily available and provide service to the Philadelphia metro area and surrounding counties. Check with your taxicab company of choice for more information on fares and destinations served.
Taxicabs can be accessed at Zone 5 on the S. Commercial Roadway. Proceed through Baggage Claim and follow the Ground Transportation signs for Taxis/Zone 5.
*For International passengers arriving in Terminal A-West, take the elevators to the Ground Floor and follow signs to exit the facility on the Arrivals Road. Taxi services will be available there.
