What is the typical duration of a Concierge Services assist?
Service booked through our website includes up to two hours of service. If you require additional time with one of our assistants, a rate of $50.00 USD per hour will apply.

Where will we meet our concierge?
Your concierge will be in touch with you before the day of your trip. You can specify one of four locations to meet:
- At the front desk of the Sheraton Hotel attached to the terminal. (Concierge staff will not meet customers at the restaurant or guest rooms.)
- At the rental car center when returning a rental car.
- In the garage.
- At curbside, when being dropped off by family/friend, taxi or ride-share, or parking or hotel shuttle.
What if I show up earlier than expected? Will my concierge be available?
Concierge staff are not full-time employees and they time their arrival based on the information you provide to them the day prior to your travel day. You are welcome to text them if you arrive early but there is no guarantee they will be able to meet you prior to the agreed upon time.
Will the Travelers Aid assistant help with my luggage?
Our assistant will help with up to four normal-size bags. If you have additional luggage or oversized bags (sports or video equipment, e.g.), you will need to request and pay for a second assistant.
How are Travelers Aid concierge assistants able to ensure expedited security processing?
All Travelers Aid team members are certified with background checks and individually badged by local airport authorities.
Does this service include assistance with unaccompanied minors?
We are not able to provide assistance with children under 18 years of age who are traveling alone. Contact your airline for assistance.
I am traveling with multiple young children. Will the concierge carry my baby or toddler?
Everyone’s safety and comfort is our top priority. Ideally, your concierge will assist with your luggage and children’s travel equipment and you can focus on the children themselves. Please discuss this request with your assigned concierge when they contact you about where you will meet.
Can a concierge assistant accompany my child to the bathroom?
No, but the assistant will keep an eye on your belongings so you can take your child/ren to the restroom. In addition, we cannot assist with diapering or administering medications.
Will my concierge team member be able assist with my pet?
Our team members are not authorized to remove your pet from its pet carrier or take it to a pet relief area.
Will the concierge assist elderly travelers in the restroom?
No. Concierges are not trained as personal assistants. Passengers must be able to transfer themselves from a wheelchair to the toilet and vice versa. Wheelchair attendants contracted by the airlines also do not accompany passengers into the restroom.
Does this service provide wheelchairs?
We currently do not provide wheelchairs. Contact your airline directly for wheelchair assistance.
Is airport lounge access included with a basic concierge reservation?
Lounge access can typically be added to your reservation for an additional fee of $35 per person.
Will the concierge assistant remain with me while I am in an airport or airline lounge?
Concierge team members are not permitted to remain with clients while in the lounge, but we will assist with your lounge check-in and confirm a time to return to facilitate your transition to the gate for boarding.
I would like to tip my concierge assistant. Is this permitted?
Tipping is not necessary, but if you would like to reward your assistant(s) for exceptional service, it is perfectly acceptable.
What if we don’t have a positive experience with our concierge?

Can my concierge accompany me through TSA PreCheck?
Yes, if all members of your party are enrolled in PreCheck, we will escort you through that lane. If not all members are enrolled, we will take your party through the Priority Lane.
Can my concierge accompany me through CLEAR?
No, you are welcome to use the CLEAR lane and your concierge will re-join you post-security. Otherwise, you can opt to stay with your concierge and use the Priority Lane.
